Contact Details

There are two scenarios that can be thought of. The first is you want me to add you to my contacts. The second is want to add me to your contacts. I try to be as simple as possible with regards to this. The idea is to minimize the friction of adding contacts. This FAQ will go into detail of both. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.

Getting Added to My Contacts

If you wish me to add you to my contacts, I will need a few things. I will need your first and last name (surname). I don’t want 3 Joe’s and have to figure out which one am I in need to contact. Also, I am more than 50 years old. I shouldn’t be calling anyone by Mr/Ms/Mrs last name. If you aren’t willing to give me your full name, then I won’t add you to my contacts.

In addition to having your full name, I will need at least one contact point. This could be an email address, and/or telephone number. I will also accept mailing address, but it will be hard to have a reliable and quick communication. If you have a work and personal telephone number, and our relationship is platonic, I will recommend that you provide your personal telephone number.

Getting My Contact Information

This is very simple, and I tried to make it as fool-proof as possible. If you have a basic knowledge of how to use your phone, then adding me to your contacts will be easy. You would want to go to my VCF Options page. Once there, you would see different countries, each with a link to a .vcf file. Select the appropriate country, and your contact manager should open up with all of my contact details populated. You would simply select Add, or Save from your contact manager.
