If you are calling from an anonymous line, I will likely not answer the call. The reasoning is simple. When I call someone, they see my [Cellular] Number. This is obviously the telephone number I call from. So if people can see my number when I call them, then I should be able to expect the same courtesy from them. If you call from a blocked CID, I will likely decline the call, and therefore you would go to voicemail. At which point, you would need to leave your name, telephone number (since I don’t have it), and a brief message. I will likely return your call (unless too expensive).
